What if I need the print for more than I requested?

Let us know! You will receive a final invoice then with the balance due when the item is returned.

I see you don't have a daily price, what happens if I'm only a day late?

You will be charged an additional week. 

I ordered the photo paper prints, what kind of damages is authorized?

Damages to the corners and small/barely visible damages are ok as long as the print is still usable. 

I accidentally broke the print/rendered it unusable. What now?

First, let us know. We will gladly do our best to get a new one to you as soon as possible if you are still within your renting time. At the end of your rental period, you will receive an additional invoice with the replacement (printing) cost of the damaged print.
